Job summary

C9 Staff is seeking an Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to design and run AI-powered outreach campaigns that generate qualified leads for client accounts. You will manage campaigns end-to-end using automation tools, personalized messaging, and data-backed strategies to improve performance and conversion.

You’ll work with clients to understand their audience, value proposition, and goals, staying current on outbound trends and best practices to continually optimize results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in outbound sales, business development, or marketing with proven lead generation results.
• Experience with sales automation, data enrichment, and cold outreach strategies.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented approach to managing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complete outbound lead generation campaigns for multiple clients using automation and engagement platforms.
• Write personalized, AI-enhanced outreach messages that resonate with decision-makers and build relationships.
• Research, identify, and qualify high-value prospects across different industries and segments.
• Maintain and clean lead databases for accuracy, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and other platforms) to increase engagement and conversions.
• Monitor results, analyze metrics, and continuously refine strategy to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their audience, value proposition, and goals.
• Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in outbound sales and AI-driven marketing.
