Insideoutva is seeking an AI & Operations Manager to act as the primary operational partner to our founder. You will own end-to-end projects, streamline operations using AI automation, and serve as the glue holding our lean team together.

You will build systems from chaos, test advanced LLMs, and drive projects to completion in a dynamic, international consultancy setting. Fluency in English and full-time commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs for data extraction and prompt engineering.
• Ability to translate loose directives into precise, repeatable plans.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure AI output accuracy.
• Excellent English communication across the shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects end-to-end and align remote teams.
• Build AI automation workflows and data parsing.
• Serve as operational support and remove roadblocks.
• Systematize processes and contract tracking.
• Manage founder communications and follow-ups.
• Coordinate content for social distribution and assets.
