Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced product operations professional to own day-to-day support operations. You will run stand-ups, set priorities, and serve as the senior technical escalation point for a suite of tech products.

You will design and refine processes across the product lifecycle, drive AI-enabled workflow innovations, align cross-functional teams, and contribute to UAT and training materials to uplift peers’ knowledge and capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations or a related operational/support role.
• Strong grasp of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS concepts, API/release documentation, and complete product lifecycles.
• Proficiency with standard product operations software like Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Advanced Excel.
• Ability to collect and analyze support metrics, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a user-first, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day product support operations, run stand-ups, adjust priorities, and act as the senior technical escalation point for a suite of tech products.
• Design, implement, and refine operational processes to improve efficiency across the product lifecycle from development to retirement.
• Drive strategic AI and workflow innovations to optimize workflows and create organization-wide efficiencies.
• Accelerate feedback loops and hand-offs between business stakeholders, end-users, and engineering/development teams.
• Coordinate UAT protocols, contribute to release notes, and develop training materials to grow peers' product and procedural knowledge.
