Sterlington PLLC is a 100% remote, independent contractor role seeking a Business Operations Manager to implement AI workflows and run the execution layer of the Head of Firm Management's portfolio. The role centers on strategy, partner matters, planning cycles, and external relationships.

You will manage a live view of commitments, design cadence with the Head of Operations, and ensure decisions are visible, timely and friction-free.

Qualificações

• Experience in business operations or chief of staff directly to a senior leader.
• Ability to create new ways of working within existing frameworks.
• Professional services or law firm environment a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive AI-driven process improvements and integrate AI tools with proper judgment.
• Manage inbound requests and decide what reaches the Head of Firm Management.
• Establish leadership cadence: committee prep, planning cycles, leadership meetings.
• Prepare concise decision-ready briefings and status summaries; drive execution.
• Coordinate with partners, senior lawyers, business services, and external parties.
• Take initiatives end-to-end and report on outcomes.
• Anticipate gaps, misalignments, and delays, and resolve them early.
