English B2 MUST.
2–5 years of experience in social media execution or VA/operations roles.
Strong written English with professional communication.
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Google Workspace, Airtable/Notion, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Content execution within AI-driven workflows and templates.
Publish and distribute content across platforms per AI-generated calendar.
Respond to inbound messages and manage leads in CRM.
Maintain organized records of interactions and outreach activity.
Build and sustain a network of UAE real estate agents and daily outreach.
