Job summary

RealPage is seeking a FinOps & ValueOps Operations Engineer to optimize cloud cost operations across multi-cloud environments. You will automate processes, monitor budgets, maintain SOPs, and drive AI-driven cost governance in AWS, GCP, and Azure.

You will implement and test cost automation, build dashboards, and provide after-hours support while collaborating with the FinOps & ValueOps team. This role requires hands-on operation, scripting in Python, and a passion for continuous improvement in

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years in FinOps, cloud cost management, or IT operations support.
Experience building automation scripts and dashboards in hybrid environments.
Proficiency in Python and AI-assisted tooling for cost automation.

Responsibilities

Support automation strategies and migration plans for FinOps & ValueOps.
Test and evaluate cost automation systems and AI models for improvements.
Develop and maintain SOPs and assist in knowledge transfer for the team.
Execute daily tasks: budget monitoring, cost anomaly triage, tagging remediation, ticket-based support.
Implement AI-driven cost automation in a secure multi-tenant cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Collaborate with engineering to configure and optimize automation projects.
Provide after-hours operational support for production cost and value reporting issues.
Identify process improvements using AI/ML techniques.
Stay current with emerging FinOps/ValueOps tools.
