Elastic Admin, a New Zealand AI-powered bookkeeping startup, seeks a Philippines-based bookkeeper to blend AI automation with experienced practices. You will handle bank reconciliations, coding, AP/AR, and Xero tasks while engaging clients via Zoom and calls.

The role requires excellent English, strong Xero experience, and comfort with AI tools. You will collaborate with the local team and Ava, the AI assistant, to deliver accurate financial records for NZ and AU businesses.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong Xero bookkeeping experience.

• Experience working with New Zealand or Australian businesses preferred.
• Comfortable using AI tools and Slack.
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
