Visory seeks a Senior Bookkeeper to maintain the books for multiple clients. You will review work done by AI agents, ensure accuracy, and resolve complex cases before client delivery. Strong Xero and Dext skills, multi-currency and inventory experience are required.

You will own month-end close, BAS/IAS/TPAR and coordinate with product to improve the workflow. You’ll work in a collaborative, AI-enabled environment and contribute to high-quality client outcomes while growing with a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Australian bookkeeping experience, including multi-currency, inventory/COGS and complex reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of BAS, IAS, TPAR, GST treatment, FBT data capture and month-end close.
• Advanced Xero skills (Xero Advisor certified or equivalent) and strong skills in Dext.
• Experience with Shopify, Deputy, payment gateways and PSP/EFT integrations.

Responsabilités

• Own the quality of the books: accurate, complete and on time for clients, including A/P, A/R, reconciliations and fixed-asset register.
• Handle difficult cases where AI cannot reach a confident answer.
• Record errors and corrections after each workflow to improve AI agents.
• Suggest improvements to system settings and information flow for smoother client work.
• Be the main contact for day-to-day bookkeeping questions from business owners and finance leads.
