Job summary

PhilFirst in Metro Manila seeks an Agency Recruitment and Development professional to identify, attract, and onboard agency partners and financial advisors. You will interview, orient, and coordinate training programs to equip new recruits with knowledge and tools to succeed.

You will track recruitment metrics, maintain candidate pipelines, and collaborate with agency leaders to address development needs and performance gaps while organizing engagement activities and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and present information clearly.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency development, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Organizational and planning abilities, including managing multiple recruitment activities, events, and training schedules.
• Analytical and reporting skills to track recruitment performance, interpret data, and suggest improvements.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, online meetings).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and target-driven mindset.
• Comfort working on-site in Metro Manila and engaging with partners and candidates in person.
