SUN LIFE GREPA FINANCIAL INC. in Makati is seeking an Agency Recruitment Specialist to strengthen our recruitment efforts.

You will source prospective recruits through personal leads and coordinate licensing review sessions across Yuchengco Group companies to help meet manpower targets. You will also conduct Build Your Passion sessions to invite advisors and lead regular business opportunities and licensing review programs, ensuring licensing documents are completed and properly handed over to

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree of any course.
• At least 2 years performing the recruitment function.
• Advantage if well versed in conducting training programs.

What you will do asAgency Recruitment Specialist:

• In-charge of sourcing prospective recruits using personal leads and conduct business opportunities program and licensing review sessions for Yuchengco Group companies following the recruitment synergy program to contribute to the attainment of agency manpower target
• Sources prospective advisors using personal leads
• Conducts Build your Passion session for the Yuchengco Group companies to enjoin them or their family members to become a financial advisor
• Conducts regularly business opportunities program sessions and licensing review programs
• Ensures completion of licensing document requirements and proper turn over to agency once coded

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's Degree of any course
• At least 2 years performing the recruitment function
• Advantage if well versed in conducting training programs
