POSITION TITLE: Insurance Recruitment Associate for General Insurance
WORK LOCATION: Makati
WORK SETUP: Day Shift
SALARY: Php20k to Php25k
This role supports the sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding of agents who will represent the organization. This role focuses on executing recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding and activation efforts, and maintaining strong working relationships with agents. The associate will contribute to building a motivated and compliant agent network aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Sourcing and Recruitment
- Assist in implementing recruitment initiatives through job postings, referrals, social media, and networking activities.
- Support outreach efforts such as job fairs, community events, and online campaigns to attract prospective agents.
- Help identify potential talent pools and maintain a pipeline of agent candidates.
Screening and Selection
- Review applications and resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments as required.
- Evaluate candidates’ basic qualifications, communication skills, and alignment with company values.
Agent Activation and Onboarding
- Support the onboarding and activation of newly recruited agents.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Assist in providing agents with training materials, tools, and system access needed to start their roles.
Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for agents for basic inquiries and support needs.
- Maintain positive working relationships to encourage agent engagement and retention.
- Escalate issues or concerns to senior team members when necessary.
Performance Monitoring and Support
- Track basic agent activity and onboarding progress.
- Assist in gathering performance data and preparing reports.
- Support training and development initiatives to help improve agent effectiveness.
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date agent records, including contracts and onboarding requirements.
- Ensure recruitment and activation processes follow internal policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales support, account management, or a related role.
- Experience in insurance, real estate, financial services, or agency-based environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and compliance requirements.
