The primary goal of a Aftersales Manager is to deliver a top-quality service that earns the satisfaction and trust of the customer in a sustainable and profitable way. He/she is responsible in handling all aspects of service operation in the dealership by taking the lead in building and managing an effective team to achieve financial and employee financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans, strategizes to achieve service targets.
• Responsible for maintaining a sufficient number of manpower required as set to achieve the target.
• Must ensure effective, efficient, and proper implementation of systems and procedures concerning the entire operations.
• Provide necessary measures to minimize operating expenses and achieve the desired operating service income.
• Monitors and evaluates the performance of all service team members on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Handles and entertains customer concerns, such as quality and product defects.

Continuously develops more efficient ways of implementing systems and procedures.
