Job summary

Suzuki Auto Pangasinan - Service Department seeks a Licensed Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years in automotive service to lead service operations and drive customer satisfaction.

You will assist the Service Manager, strive for KPI targets, oversee service processes, and coordinate training, scheduling, and appointments using available apps to ensure timely service and professional communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Licensed/registered Mechanical Engineer with automotive service experience.
• At least 3 years in service advisor or parts role.
• Proficient with computer applications and business communication.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in managing all aspects of the Service Department and achieve targets.
• Ensure KPI achievement and monitor reports and forms on set deadlines.
• Develop marketing plans to increase productivity and revenue.
• Visit corporate accounts and promote the company image.
• Supervise staff to achieve KPIs and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate training needs with HR and department heads.
• Attend meetings and trainings required by manufacturers and management.
• Understand service/maintenance cycles for clients.
• Monitor appointment policies and no-show processes to meet targets.
• Utilize apps and tech to facilitate on-time client appointments.
