Job summary

You will liaise with internal departments to ensure timely flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, and quality, while supporting contract management and customer payments.

The role requires a university degree or 6 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and data-handling skills, and experience in manufacturing environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (6+ years if no degree).
• Experience resolving customer complaints and problems.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficient.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, review and processing of customer orders and RFQs.
• Coordinate with supply chain, shipping and quality teams.
• Assist with customer delivery status inquiries and payment collection.
