You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage workflows in HubSpot, review requests, track timelines, and drive performance reporting to optimize campaigns across channels.

Based in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City, Philippines, with flexible office and remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with ticketing or workflow systems (HubSpot a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, newsletters, listings, and email marketing.
• Manage campaign workflows, tracking, and ticketing processes using HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, Ad Ops, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review incoming campaign requests for accuracy, approval, and proper processing.
• Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate content collection, asset coordination, and readiness of campaign materials.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Identify and elevate issues, while supporting process improvements for efficiency and scale.

What You'll Do:
