• Develop strategies to meet enrollment targets and analyze trends for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Billing, Records, IT, and Program Managers to ensure smooth enrollment and compliance.
• Disseminate change initiatives and provide knowledge and tools for adoption.
• Address escalations and resolve admissions pipeline challenges promptly.
