Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in admissions or related roles.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Familiarity with school operations, admissions, and enrollment processes.
• Proficient with CRM systems, SIS, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytics to monitor enrollment metrics and guide strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership, organization, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
