Job summary

You will partner with school leaders to implement compliant HR policies, drive performance management, and provide data-driven insights to senior management, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract talents and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from organizational analysis to onboarding.
• Utilize innovative methods to identify and engage qualified candidates through networking and industry events.
• Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Foster a positive culture of excellence and warmth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on programs.
• Conduct regular surveys to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and assess training needs to develop tailored plans for leaders and team members.
• Implement training sessions to enhance skills and competencies.
• Evaluate training needs and recommend initiatives as needed.
• Promote care and ensure prompt resolution of HR concerns.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and ISO standards.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices.
• Guide leaders to ensure alignment in policy understanding and implementation.
• Develop and maintain performance management processes and tools.
• Partner with managers to set clear performance expectations and goals.
• Implement performance improvement plans and provide coaching to underperforming employees.
• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, engagement levels, and performance outcomes for senior leadership.
• Other tasks as assigned.
