Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• Experience coordinating operations or admin coordination in multi-site environments.
• Experience implementing SOPs and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations and admissions process for families.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and regions; supervise onsite staff at the hub.
• Ensure SOPs and governance structures; manage petty cash and payments.
• Monitor enrollment processes and CRM data; resolve enrollment/billing issues.
• Drive enrichment activities and travel between hub locations if needed.
