Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective families.
• Manage the admissions pipeline from inquiry to enrollment.
• Schedule and conduct campus tours and information sessions.
• Organize Open Houses or admissions events at least 1 per quarter.
• Maintain relationships with feeder schools, preschools, and community partners.
• Coordinate referral programs and encourage parent ambassadors.
• Develop and implement enrollment marketing campaigns.
• Create and distribute admissions materials and promotional content.
• Monitor enrollment targets and identify recruitment opportunities.
• Represent the school at community events and educational fairs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for prospective and current families.
• Contribute to parents' orientation and engagement activities.
• Support administration with parent feedback and retention efforts.
• Track inquiries, applications, acceptances, enrollments, and re-enrollments.
• Provide recommendations to improve recruitment and retention efforts.
