Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in admin/general affairs
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday
- Amendable to attend face-to-face interview
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the project management team.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to address administrative and operational requirements.
- Assist in ensuring that staff accommodations, permits, licenses, and office insurance policies are maintained, updated, and renewed before their expiration dates.
- Support coordination and negotiations with the landlord regarding accommodation needs and lease-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and the company’s standard operating procedures.
