Asia Properties & Assets Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking an Administrative Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and customer service support for the property management office. The role serves as the primary point of contact for residents and coordinates daily operations.
Responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining records, processing documents, and assisting the Property Manager with compliance and procedural tasks.
The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the property management office. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents, manages documentation and records, coordinates resident services, organizes community events, and assists the Property Manager with regulatory compliance and administrative functions.
Responsibility
Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the property.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Assist in processing permits, contracts, invoices, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate with unit owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers regarding administrative concerns.
Handle inquiries, receive and route calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Monitor office supplies, equipment, and procurement requests.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist in organizing company activities.
Support the Property Manager in implementing office policies and administrative procedures.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office administration, or any related field.
1 to 2 years of administrative or office support experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, dependable and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
