The Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the ice plant, ensuring compliance with permits and documentation requirements, safeguarding company assets, supervising the administrative team, and establishing structured process flows and required forms to provide control and to improve efficiency and compliance. This role ensures smooth coordination of regulatory, asset management, warehouse, fleet, and operational support functions critical to the company's success.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the acquisition, renewal, and safekeeping of permits and licenses for all company locations.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of required supporting documents to government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Supervise the safekeeping, turnover, and documentation procedures for company assets, including vehicles, real properties, office equipment, and gadgets.
Maintain accurate records of asset ownership, usage, and transfer.
Oversee large equipment such as compressors and motors, ensuring proper documentation of quantity, condition, and location.
Ensure timely updates and renewal of truck stickers and travel permits for provincial and city operations.
Oversee renewals of vehicle registrations, including comprehensive insurance and/or TPL (Third-Party Liability).
Monitor compliance with local transport regulations.
Track fleet assignments, condition, and usage of tools, batteries, fuel, and other consumables.
Implement inspection schedules to ensure fleet readiness and safety.
