• Proven ability to manage administrative operations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating asset management and fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee permits and licenses renewal for all company locations.
• Prepare and submit documents to government agencies and regulators.
• Manage asset safekeeping, turnover, and documentation for assets including vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of asset ownership, usage and transfer.
• Oversee documentation of large equipment such as compressors and motors.
• Ensure timely updates and renewal of truck stickers and travel permits for provincial/city operations.
• Oversee vehicle registrations and insurance (TPL) renewals.
• Monitor compliance with local transport regulations.
• Track fleet assignments, condition and usage of tools, fuel and consumables.
• Implement inspection schedules to ensure fleet readiness and safety.
