The role covers office administration, facilities, utilities, vehicles, security, recruitment, payroll, and government processes such as AEP and PEZA visa processing.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Admin & HR Supervisor to manage both administrative operations and the full scope of HR functions in our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in overseeing office administration, facilities, utilities, vehicles, and security, while also handling all aspects of HR — from hiring and onboarding to employee management and separation — including government processes such as AEP and PEZA Visa processing.
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR and admin, preferably in a manufacturing or PEZA-registered company.
Familiar with AEP processing, PEZA and labor-related compliance.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration, facility upkeep, utilities, and supplies.
Oversee company vehicles: scheduling, registration, maintenance, and usage policies.
Supervise security personnel and ensure workplace safety protocols are followed.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure administrative policies are implemented and updated as needed.
Lead recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Administer compensation and benefits, including government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company-provided benefits.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and coordinate payroll-related data.
Handle employee relations, performance management, discipline, and separation processes.
Manage training, evaluation, and employee development programs.
Process AEPs and PEZA-related visas and coordinate with relevant government agencies.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, PEZA, and DOLE regulations.
