We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Admin Assistant to support our Australian accounting firm clients. This is an onsite role based in the Philippines, focused on providing compliance and workflow support to accounting teams.
Document & Correspondence Management: Prepare and manage client documents and digital correspondence with accuracy.
Systems Administration: Enter and maintain data in practice management systems such as XPM, Karbon, APS, or similar platforms.
Client Onboarding: Assist with client onboarding documentation, including engagement letters and identification forms.
Calendar Coordination: Schedule virtual meetings and manage digital calendars across teams.
Billing Administration: Support the billing process by preparing draft invoices and tracking client payments.
Corporate Secretarial Tasks: Assist with ASIC corporate secretarial duties, including online lodgments and company updates.
Workflow Support: Coordinate directly with Australian accountants to ensure workflow tasks and critical deadlines are consistently met.
The Experience: 0-2 years' experience in or supporting an Australian accounting firm is strictly mandatory.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian compliance structures and accounting workflow tasks.
Technical Toolkit: Proficiency with MS Office and a strong comfort level with cloud-based administration tools.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, suitable for professional internal and external coordination.

Salary Range: Php 38,000 - Php 44,000
