Are you an organized and detail-oriented accounting professional with experience in general accounting, payroll, taxation, and administrative support? Join our team as an Admin and General Accounting Assistant and help ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient day-to-day administrative and financial operations.
Manage daily administrative and office operations, including facilities, equipment, utilities, supplies, and records management.
Coordinate with Procurement for the purchase and inventory of office supplies, equipment, and facility requirements.
Prepare and process payroll, government-mandated contributions, and employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
Prepare, verify, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax and statutory reports in compliance with BIR requirements.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, financial transactions, and manual books of accounts.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, cash disbursement vouchers, and other accounting reports as required.
Handle payment tracking, supplier coordination, check releases, and bank reconciliations.
Review and validate third-party contractor time records and billing statements prior to processing.
Maintain confidential company records and prepare official memos, announcements, and internal correspondence.
Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits and compliance requirements.
Assist in supplier sourcing, company events, and other administrative, financial, and operational tasks as assigned.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related financial/business degree.
With 1–3 years of experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and payroll administration.
Knowledgeable in accounting principles, BIR regulations, payroll, and government statutory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
