We are seeking an Accounting Staff to handle day-to-day transactional accounting, ledger maintenance, and statutory compliance. This role supports the finance team by ensuring accurate data entry, managing accounts payable/receivable, and preparing basic financial schedules.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process supplier invoices, verify check vouchers, track billing schedules, and follow up on customer accounts receivable.
Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record daily cash inflows/outflows, process sales and expense journals, and maintain updated general ledger entries.
Government Compliance: Assist in compiling documents for monthly statutory remittances and BIR tax returns (Form 1601C, 0619E, 2550M/Q, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Reconciliation: Perform basic monthly bank reconciliations and verify physical inventory or petty cash counts against ledger records.
Documentation & Filing: Organize and archive hard-copy and digital financial receipts, tax certificates (BIR Form 2307), and sales invoices for internal/external audits.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or any related business field.
0-2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, payables/receivables, or general accounting (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of Philippine tax compliance, BIR filings, and local statutory regulations.
Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas like SUM, VLOOKUP).
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and high integrity.
