Maintain accurate bookkeeping and recording of financial transactions.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of BIR tax returns, schedules, and statutory remittances.
Monitor and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Review and process sales invoices and customer billings.
Manage petty cash fund and monitor disbursements.
Support cost accounting, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls and audit compliance.
Coordinate with external auditors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Recommend process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and compliance.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
