Job summary

aCommerce Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Billing and Collection) to oversee end-to-end billing and revenue reconciliation for e-commerce services, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate AR records.

You will coordinate with Commercial and Operations, manage collections, monitor AR aging, resolve discrepancies, and implement processes to improve cash flow while maintaining strong client relationships and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or General Accounting.
• Experience in end-to-end billing, collections, and GL reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing for e-commerce service revenues with accurate invoicing.
• Review billing transactions, fees, adjustments, credits, and revenue records.
• Perform reconciliation of billings, payments, AR balances, and GL accounts.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Operations, and other teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle collection activities, monitor AR aging, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Communicate with clients to resolve billing and payment concerns while maintaining relationships.
• Investigate unapplied payments and outstanding reconciling items.
• Analyze AR and collection performance and identify risks.
• Support month-end and year-end closing related to billing and AR.
• Implement process improvements to increase billing accuracy and cash flow.
