vamasters, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented QuickBooks Accounts Receivable Specialist to clean up records, correct invoicing errors, and clear AR backlog. You will own monthly membership invoicing, AR reconciliation, and assist the transition from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop for cleaning up and correcting records.
• Proven invoicing and accounts receivable management experience.
• Experience reconciling AR and clearing backlogs.
• Comfort with screen-sharing and desktop access tools; stable internet.
• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy attention.
• Excellent written English and clear communication.
• Methodical, trustworthy and proactive without day-to-day direction.

Responsibilities

• Tidy QuickBooks Desktop files, fix invoicing errors and miscoded transactions.
• Partner with the office manager to clear AR backlog before year-end close.
• Prepare and send monthly recurring membership invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and settle balances, credits, discrepancies.
• Apply payments correctly and follow up on unpaid or mismatched accounts.
• Support move from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online and archive data.
• Assist with later data migration and charge cleanup in a new billing platform.
• Document cleanup steps so the work can be repeated and reviewed.
• Treat all financial records with strict confidentiality.
