Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop with cleanup and corrections.
• Proven invoicing and AR management experience.
• Experience reconciling AR and clearing backlogs.
• Comfort with screen-sharing and remote access tools; stable internet.
• Excellent written English and high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Clean up QuickBooks Desktop files and fix invoicing errors.
• Partner with office manager to clear AR backlog before year-end close.
• Prepare and send monthly recurring membership invoices on time.
• Reconcil AR and resolve outstanding balances, credits, and discrepancies.
• Apply payments correctly and follow up on unpaid or mismatched accounts.
• Support migration from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, including archiving data.
• Assist data migration and cleanup in a new billing platform.
• Document cleanup steps and processes for repeatability.
• Treat financial records as confidential.
