Job summary

GYLLMARC INGREDIENTS INC. (branch) in Taytay, Rizal is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk responsible for opening and maintaining customer accounts, processing orders, and handling payments and invoicing.

You will monitor aging, prepare reports, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate data entry and timely collections. The role requires a degree and at least 2 years of AR experience, with proficiency in Word and Excel and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field required.
• 2+ years of related experience required.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable Management.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Receive purchase orders from customers via fax, email, text, or phone.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
• Take payment information and other pertinent details.
• Monitor client purchase order balances.
• Compile and cascade delivery schedules from the client.
• Expedite rush orders and adjust sales orders and shipping details as needed.
• Process Sales Invoices for deliveries.
• Manage correspondence between the sales team and clients.
• Monitor customer accounts.
• Provide data and reports to assist the sales team.
• Perform data entry for metrics and sales figures.
• Provide accurate information to clients.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Create collection reports and update aging of receivables.
