Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk to record sales, A/R, and collection transactions with supporting documents.

You will coordinate with the Plant Head for timely submission to Head Office, verify ARDs, DRs, and SIs before posting to the General Ledger, and prepare sales and A/R aging reports, intercompany billings, and deposit slips.

Knowledge of SAP is a plus and a degree in Accountancy is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course.
• At least 1 year combined experience in accounts receivable or other accounting field.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record sales, A/R, and collection transactions with supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the Plant Head for timely submission to Head Office.
• Verify completeness of ARDs, DRs, and SIs before posting to the General Ledger.
• Prepare sales and A/R aging reports, intercompany billings, and deposit slips.
• Reconcile online shop collections with system records.
