Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounts receivable activities and the general ledger.

You will prepare customer statements and invoices, chase overdue accounts, perform routine transactions, and assist with process improvements in a fast paced office near BGC, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

1–2 years of experience in finance, diploma in accounting, and proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in finance or accounting or bookkeeping.
• 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Make daily collection calls.
• Respond to basic client inquiries and clerical AR tasks.
• Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices.
• Identify and adjust required processes.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Monitor AR aging and chase overdue accounts.
• Sort financial documents and post to correct accounts.
• Support General Ledger and ad-hoc assignments.
