Job summary

Foundever® Philippines is seeking a customer service specialist to handle inbound calls, educate clients on resolution pathways, and route inquiries to the appropriate teams. The role emphasizes maintaining knowledge of Paychex products and adhering to compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Financial Services or Accounts Receivable, with preferred BPO experience and exposure to payroll/accounting processes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Financial Services experience, preferably Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in Customer Service in the BPO industry is preferred.
• Experience in Payroll and Accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls promptly and transfer to the correct Paychex number.
• Provide quality customer service and educate clients on resolution pathways.
• Develop and maintain basic knowledge of Paychex products to guide decisions.
• Research and route inbound calls to appropriate teams.
• Maintain daily call requirements and adherence to policies.
• Evaluate client status and ensure compliant communications per guidelines.
• Adhere to applicable regulatory standards and internal compliance.
