Job summary

Asticom is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to monitor daily collections and support AR activities. You will work closely with Field Collectors and internal Finance teams to ensure timely monitoring, recording, and reconciliation of collections.

The role requires a finance/Accounting background, at least 6 months in AR or collections, strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail. Collaboration with various teams is essential to resolve collection-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in daily collection monitoring or accounts receivable.
• Experience coordinating with Field Collectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with collection reports, payment monitoring, and account reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports and summaries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, payments, and collection transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and other relevant teams to resolve collection-related concerns.
• Assist in identifying overdue accounts and escalating collection issues when necessary.

About you

• College graduate of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related course.
• At least 6 months of experience in daily collection monitoring, accounts receivable, or collections-related work.
• Experience working or coordinating with Field Collectors is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable and collection processes.
• Familiarity with collection reports, payment monitoring, and account reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
