A staffing solutions company is seeking an AR Collections Analyst for their office in McKinley Taguig. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy in financial records related to retail customer accounts, reconcile complex receivables, and resolve discrepancies. Candidates should possess advanced Excel skills, be proficient in SAP, and have effective communication abilities. A college degree and at least 2.5 years of relevant experience are required. This is a full onsite role with immediate start date.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accuracy and integrity of financial records related to retail customer accounts.
• This involves reconciling complex to advance customer receivables between different sources, and serve as first point of contact with various teams/parties/customers in resolving discrepancies, disputes or deductions to improve DSO/working capital.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Proficient in ERP and finance systems (SAP)
• High attention to details
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
