Job summary

Asticom is seeking an Accounts Receivable associate in Quezon City for an onsite role. The position handles A/R transactions, collections, and billing statements, ensuring accuracy through reconcilations and daily collection reporting. Experience with field collectors is preferred.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role emphasizes timely confirmations, payment postings, and close coordination with dealers to maintain clean receivables.

Qualifications

College graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
At least 6 months of daily collection monitoring experience.
Experience with Field Collectors preferred; accounting background advantageous.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactions and collections.
Dispatch A/R confirmations to dealers and collect signed confirmations.
Prepare and send Billing Statements / Statements of Account (SOA) to dealers.
Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain Daily Collection Reports.
Process requests for payment posting.
Monitor and track sales invoice countering and related transactions.
