Key Responsibilities

• Payment Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve unapplied payments by auditing client accounts.
• Client Outreach: Contact customers primarily via email to confirm how outstanding balances and payments should be applied.
• Data Management: Update client contact records and ensure future remittances a redirected to the correct email addresses.
• Collections Support: Identify unpaid invoices during account reviews and proactively request payment status updates from clients.
