Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Accounts Payable Associate to joinour Finance Department!

• Ensure payables are supported and/or collected from clients before paying
• Ensure that the VAT and withholding taxes are compliant with the BIR rules
• Ensure that the payments are properly recorded in the correct GL codes
• Handle alignment meetings with other departments, as they relate to AP operations
• Attend meetings with suppliers for status updates and payment commitments
• Assist the Finance Controller on ad‑hoc project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• At least three years of work experience in advertising industry.
• Experience in working with accounting software.
• Familiar with VAT and withholding tax regulations in the Philippines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with peers and suppliers.
• Strong analytical and time management skills
