Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. You will help ensure vendors are paid appropriately, and financial records are maintained in line with internal controls and company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration and at least 3 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or finance experience.
• Good understanding of invoice processing, payment controls, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using an ERP or accounting system.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict processing and payment deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process supplier invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Verify purchase orders, receiving records, approvals, tax details, and supporting documentation.
• Perform invoice matching, account coding, and payment proposal activities.
• Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions, duplicate invoices, payment issues, and vendor queries.
• Maintain accurate supplier master data and support vendor account reconciliations.
• Prepare accounts payable reports, aging analyses, and payment-related schedules.
• Support month-end closing, accruals, reconciliations, and audit requests.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and follow internal controls and segregation-of-duties requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and supplier service.
