CITADEL Pacific Ltd. is seeking a seasoned procurement and accounts payable professional to oversee timely invoicing, vendor data setup, and contract renegotiations. The role requires leadership of remote staff and a strong ERP/SRM background, with a comprehensive understanding of procurement and finance processes.

You will lead process improvements within the AP and Procurement teams, ensuring efficient purchase order workflows and accurate balance confirmations for inter-company transactions.

Formación

• BS Accountancy or related field; 5+ years procurement/supply chain experience with 1–2 years supervisory
• Four-year degree, preferably business related
• ERP and SRM knowledge
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong analytical skills with procurement and supply chain process knowledge
• Excellent leadership and remote staff management capabilities

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier, employee, and inter-company invoices timely and reconcile accounts
• Improve processes within the AP team
• Convert requisitions to purchase orders and ensure timely dispatch and closure
• Track vendor contracts for renegotiation/renewal with sufficient lead time
• Set up vendor data accurately in the system
• Enhance processes within Procurement & AP team
