Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. (CPL) is seeking a Procure to Pay - Accounts Payable Associate in the Philippines to ensure timely processing of supplier, employee, and inter-company invoices in accordance with company policies.

The role supports month-end closing, generates reports, and maintains strong vendor relationships. This fixed-term position requires 1-3 years accounting experience, a degree in Accounting/Management, and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Nav.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' accounting experience.
• Accounting/Management degree or diploma.
• Recognized general accounting qualification is a plus.
• Sound ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, MSNav).
• Advanced Excel skills and proficient in basic math.
