Job summary

Citadel Pacific Ltd. in Manila seeks an experienced procurement and accounts payable supervisor to ensure timely invoice processing and accurate vendor data setup. You will lead P2P processes, manage vendor contracts, and drive continuous improvement within the AP/Procurement team.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement with supervisory experience, strong ERP knowledge, and excellent negotiation and leadership abilities, including remote staff management.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy, Management or any related course.
• 5+ years broad range experience in procurement and/or supply chain with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Graduate of a four year course, preferably business related.
• Sound ERP and Supplier Relationship Management knowledge.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
• Excellent understanding of the business, ideally with knowledge of customer service operation / Finance processes.
• Excellent leadership skills especially in managing remote staff.
• Excellent negotiation skills at highest level (representing business in major customer negotiations/complex payment/allocation issues).
• Able to establish credibility with internal/external customers and tackle major issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of supplier, employee, and inter-company invoices per policy; reconcile accounts and confirm inter-company balances.
• Improve processes within the Accounts Payable team.
• Lead timely conversion of requisitions to purchase orders and dispatch to vendors; ensure PO closure per timeline.
• Manage tracking of vendor contracts to ensure lead time for renegotiation/renewal.
• Set up vendor data accurately in the system.
• Improve processes within Procurement & Accounts Payable team.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices, employee invoices and inter-company invoices in line with companies' policies and procedures. Proper reconciliation of supplier accounts, employee accounts and confirmation of inter-company balances.
• Work continuously in improving the processes within the Account Payable team.
• Lead in ensuring the timely conversion of purchase requisitions to purchase orders, ensuring the dispatch of purchase orders to vendors and ensuring purchase orders are closed as per desired timeline.
• Manage the tracking of vendor contracts to ensure that there is enough lead time in the re-negotiation or renewal of the contracts.
• Manage the accurate set up of vendor data inside the system.
• Work continuously in improving the processes within the Procurement & Accounts Payable team.
