Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Solid understanding of the complete Accounts Payable cycle and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with three-way matching, invoice verification, payments, and month-end close.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks; advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City under a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable operations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Review, verify, and authorize AP transactions per policies and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and address inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
• Supervise preparation and completion of account reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.
• Generate, review, and analyze AP reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide guidance and coaching to AP team members for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes.
