Job summary

BPO International in Quezon City (Hybrid) is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor with 3–5 years of experience. You will lead daily AP operations, verify and authorize transactions, manage vendors, and ensure timely month-end closings.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Solid understanding of the complete Accounts Payable cycle and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with three-way matching, invoice verification, payments, and month-end close.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks; advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City under a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in invoice verification, three-way matching, payment execution, vendor account reconciliation, and month-end financial close activities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other comparable accounting platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with SAP CODES is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City under a hybrid work arrangement.
