Job summary

San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support finance operations. You will maintain payables, perform intercompany reconciliations, and record accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years in AP, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and familiarity with SAP is a plus. You will be based in Ugong, Pasig City and contribute to process improvement through standard and ad-hoc reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy or related course.
• 2–3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Knowledgeable in finance reports.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge a plus.

What we're looking for:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any accounting-related course

• With knowledge and understanding of finance reports

• Knowledgeable in any MS Office applications and has Advanced Excel skills

• With basic knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Willing to assign in Ugong, Pasig City
