Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's in accounting or finance.
• 2+ years AP or general accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (IFS or similar).
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and approvals.
• Match invoices to POs and receipts where applicable.
• Process non-PO invoices with proper documentation and coding.
• Ensure invoices are processed within required timelines.
• Maintain DOA compliance and company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end close.
