Job summary

Smartsourcing is hiring a full-time, onsite Accounts Payable Officer in Cebu City, Philippines. You will process a high monthly volume of invoices, code expenses, and perform three-way matching, while interacting with the CFO and Group Accountant.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Manufacturing or F&B experience is preferred, with a strong eye for detail and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years accounts payable experience including three-way matching
• Experience processing high invoice volumes for manufacturing or similar industries preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles and AP controls advantageous

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately into the accounting system
• Code invoices to correct expense accounts and perform three-way matching
• Coordinate with CFO and Group Accountant on complex items
• Resolve supplier queries and maintain vendor relationships
• Ensure timely payment within terms and maintain reconciliations and reporting
• Assist with AP mailbox management and KPI reporting
